Hai Al Dobbat Secondary Mixed School is located in the village of Al Mafraq located in Mafraq Governorate. It comes under the responsibility of the Directorate of Education for Qasabet Al Mafraq.

Hai Al Dobbat Secondary Mixed School site was handed over on July 24th, 2022. The construction work commenced on September 25th, 2022. The completed school was handed over to the Ministry of Education on July 14th, 2024.
