Umm Kulthum Bint Al Rasoul Mixed Secondary School is located in the village of Howwara located in Irbid Governorate. It comes under the responsibility of the Directorate of Education for Qasabet Irbid.

The completed school was handed over to the Ministry of Education on May 29th, 2024. The school was renamed to Umm Kulthum Bint Al Rasoul Mixed Secondary School from its former name, Howwara Secondary Mixed School, once the Ministry of Education received the school keys on the handover date.
