Howwara Secondary Mixed School is located in the village of Howwara (Howwara neighbourhood) located in Irbid Governorate. It comes under the responsibility of the Directorate of Education for Qasabet Irbid. When complete, it will cater for students from kindergarten level to 12th grade.

This school will consist of 3 floor levels.

This school will accommodate 730 students, 44% of which are Syrians, and will replace 1 existing double shift school within the area.

Funding for Howwara is through the European Union.

Howwara School site was handed over on July 20th, 2022 The construction work commenced on September 22nd, 2022. The completed school was handed over to the Ministry of Education on May 29th, 2024.
