Zaid Bin Thabit Elementary School for Boys is located in the village of Shafa Badran located in Amman Governorate. It comes under the responsibility of the Directorate of Education of Liwa’ Aljami’a.
It caters for students from 4th grade level to 10th grade. This school consists of 3 floor levels.
This school accommodates 550 students, 1% of which are Syrians, and contributes to relieving overcrowding in 4 existing schools within the area.
Funding for Zaid Bin Thabit Elementary School for Boys is through the European Union.
Zaid Bin Thabit Elementary School for Boys site was handed over on August 24th, 2023. The construction work commenced on October 4th, 2023. The completed school was handed over to the Ministry of Education on May 8th, 2025.
The school was renamed to Zaid Bin Thabit Elementary School for Boys from its former name, Shafa Badran (Marj Al Ajrab) Basic School for Boys, once the Ministry of Education received the school keys on the handover date.
